About Us
Located in the North East region of England, the Rory Patrick Academy of Irish Dance teaches children ages 4 and older the athleticism and art of traditional Irish step dancing. We provide a healthy learning environment for both girls and boys, where dancers of all skill levels and experiences can receive the dedicated instruction and support they need, in order to become the very best dancers that they can be. We also offer classes for adult Irish dancers. Whether you wish to learn, perform and dance for fun, or strive for the highest levels of competition, the Rory Patrick Academy is ready to support each dancer to reach their full potential.
We are certified to teach competitive Irish dancing – under the authority of An Coimisiún Le Rincí Gaelacha – and are an insured and vetted establishment, to ensure a safe learning environment for children.
